The Standard Doula Package​

• 1 FREE initial consultation 

• 2 in-person visits during pregnancy

• Phone and email support throughout pregnancy

•  On-call support from 38-42 weeks gestation

• Continuous labor & birth support 

• Reliable backup doula for emergency situations

• Support 1-2 hours immediate postpartum

• Help with birth preferences and provider questions

• Emotional and physical support

• Information and referral gathering

• 1 home postpartum visit

• Initial basic chest/breastfeeding support

• Access to borrow books from Rachel's library

Doula Support + Private Childbirth Education 

The standard doula package, along with 3 private childbirth education classes. Combining prenatal visits with the 3 educational classes, saves you time and money. Classes can be taken locally or right in the comfort of your own home!

Payment plans available.

Discounts may be given in cases of financial hardship.

Insurance does not usually cover doula services; However, doula care is usually allowable spending with healthcare savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs) through your employer, or if your employer offers fertility benefits through Carrot.
