About the event
Prepare yourself for childbirth with natural, non-medical pain relief techniques. This class is recommend for all pregnant women, regardless of whether or not you desire to use pharmacological pain relief, but it is especially geared for those who desire natural, low-intervention childbirth
Class topics include (but are not limited to)
- Using movement and positions in labor
- breathing and relaxation
- water therapy, hot/cold, TENS units... and much more!
This is the third part of the Complete Childbirth Series, but can be taken as an individual class
Class cost: $75
Doula clients receive 25% discount on all educational classes
Class is limited to 5 couples for maximum participation. Wear comfortable clothing!
