Childbirth Series: Part One

Any woman who has been through it knows, childbirth is so much more than a physical event. It's a life changing event, that forever changes a woman (and her family!)  Unfortunately, childbirth is so often is viewed through our fears and the lenses we receive from the media and our culture. In this class, we discuss how the heart, mind and body works together.  We change the way we think about "pain" and we learn to trust our bodies.
