Most mothers start their journey wanting to breastfeed! But many mothers feel discouraged when encountering challenges. Breastfeeding is a huge learning curve for you and your little one! Fortunately, nearly all problems can be overcome with knowledge and preparation! We'll cover the basics and leave time for questions. Use this workshop to get prepared for success!

- Breastfeeding benefits: How it affects you and your baby
- How breastfeeding works: supply and demand
- Techniques and Latch
- Decision making about bottles, pacifers and pumps
- Overcoming common problems, such a pain, clogged ducts and low supply
